This page follows one order through the whole system: a lead arrives, becomes a quotation, becomes a project, ships from stock, gets invoiced, gets paid, and lands in the trial balance. Nothing is retyped between those steps, because there is only one database underneath all of it.

Leads arrive from an embeddable web form, from a piped mailbox, from a CSV import or from someone typing them in. They move across a kanban board you configure, carry an owner and a value, and convert to a customer without losing a single note or attachment.

Projects, tasks and the hours behind them.
An accepted quotation becomes a project with milestones and a task board. Timers run per person per task. When you invoice, the billable hours are already there, priced at the right rate, and the client has been watching progress in their own portal the whole time.

Invoice, chase, and get paid online.
Invoices carry their own currency and exchange rate, per-line tax, document discounts and adjustments. Recurring invoices generate on schedule and can charge a saved payment method. Reminders go out on a dunning schedule you set, and the customer pays from a link without logging in.

A ledger that a real accountant will accept.
This is the part most tools in this price bracket simply do not have. A chart of accounts per company, journals generated automatically from every posted document, immutable postings, fiscal periods that lock, multi-currency with realised and unrealised FX, cost centres and unlimited analytic dimensions.

Inventory that agrees with the accounts.
Every movement writes a row to an immutable stock ledger, and the balance you see is the sum of that ledger rather than a number somebody can edit. Perpetual valuation posts to the inventory and cost of sales accounts as the goods move, so the stock figure on the balance sheet is the stock figure in the warehouse.

HR and payroll on hardware you control.
Payroll is the single most sensitive dataset a small business holds, which is a good argument for it never leaving the building. Employee records, attendance with IP restriction, leave with approval chains, salary structures with formulas, payslips by email, and one balanced journal at the end of the run.
