Every report you can describe, you can build.
The usual pattern with business software is that you get thirty fixed reports, none of which is the one you want, and the thirty-first is a paid customisation. Here the report builder works over every entity in the system, and anything you build can be saved, shared with a role and scheduled by email.

The parts you will use daily.
List reports
Pick any entity, choose columns, filters, sorting, grouping and totals. Respecting your permissions and your current company automatically.
Pivot analysis
Rows by columns by measure, with drill-down. Revenue by product by month, or hours by person by client, without leaving the browser.
Charts
Bar, line, area, pie, funnel and stacked, from the same definition as the table, embeddable as a dashboard widget.
Financial statements
Profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, trial balance, general and party ledgers, aged receivables and payables, with comparatives.
Scheduled delivery
Any report by email as PDF, XLSX or CSV, on a schedule, to people who do not even have a login.
Query reports
For administrators who know SQL: parameterised, read-only, guarded queries when the builder is not enough.
| Capability | Detail |
|---|---|
| Entities | Every module: sales, purchasing, stock, finance, projects, support, HR |
| Filters | Any field including custom fields, with relative dates such as last quarter |
| Aggregates | Sum, average, count, minimum, maximum, and percentage of total |
| Sharing | Private, shared with named users or teams, or published to a role |
| Scheduling | Any cron expression, with recipients who need no account |
| Statement layouts | Customisable financial statement structure per company |
Dashboards you assemble, not dashboards you accept.
Every user can build their own dashboards from number cards, charts, lists, calendars and shortcuts, drag them into place and set one as their default. A role can have a dashboard pushed to it, so everyone in finance opens the same view on Monday morning. Clicking a number card opens the underlying list, filtered, so a figure is never a dead end.
- Saved views per list, shareable with a team or set as a role default
- Every report exports to CSV, XLSX and PDF, and exports keep working on a lapsed licence
- Reports are company-scoped and permission-aware, so sharing one never leaks data
- Consolidated group reporting across companies with currency translation
About this module.
Do I need to know SQL?
No. The builder is entirely visual: choose an entity, tick columns, add filters, group and total. SQL query reports exist for administrators who want them, are strictly read-only, run through a guard that blocks anything destructive, and are off by default.
Can I send a report to someone without a login?
Yes. Scheduled reports go to any email address, so your accountant or an investor can receive the monthly pack as a PDF without you buying them access. There is nothing to buy anyway, since users are unlimited, but not everyone wants a login.
Will a big report time out on shared hosting?
Report generation runs as a background job rather than in the web request, precisely because of shared hosting execution limits. Large exports are chunked and streamed, and you get a notification with a download link when it is ready rather than a blank page.
Can I report across two companies at once?
Yes, if you have permission for both. Group reporting consolidates a company tree with currency translation to a group presentation currency and intercompany elimination, which is a genuine consolidation rather than adding two profit and loss statements together.
