Unlimited users.
One price for the whole product. Work out what you would actually pay below, then read the two questions that decide it: what happens if you stop paying, and what exactly counts as a company.

How many sets of books do you keep?
One installation can hold several legal entities. Only entities are counted, and everything inside them is free.
One company, unlimited users, every module. Branches and warehouses inside it are free.

What a company means here, precisely
A company is one set of books: its own chart of accounts, fiscal year, tax configuration, document numbering and trial balance. If it files its own tax return, it is a company.
Free and unlimited inside a company: users, customers, suppliers, branches, departments, warehouses, cost centres, projects, extra tax registrations, invoices, products, attachments and storage.
Not counted: a company you archive stops billing at the next cycle, and reopening it starts it again. Your staging installation is never counted.
What the same team costs elsewhere.
Ten users running sales, projects, invoicing and basic books. List prices as published by each vendor in August 2026, converted to a monthly figure for one company.
| Product | Pricing basis | 10 users | Per year | Self-hosted |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Gyro Suite | Per company | $9 | $108 | Yes |
| Odoo Standard | Per user, per month | $249 | $2,988 | Community only |
| Zoho One | Per employee, per month | $450 | $5,400 | No |
| Perfex CRM | One-off, plus paid modules | $89 once | modules extra | Yes |
| Akaunting Premium | Per company tier | $36 | $432 | Yes |
| ERPNext self-managed | Free licence, paid hosting | $0 + hosting | hosting + admin | Yes |
Perfex is a genuine one-off purchase and is cheaper than us in year one. We compare that case honestly on the Perfex alternative page, including when you should buy Perfex instead. ERPNext has no licence fee at all, and the real cost is the server and the person who runs it, which we cover on the ERPNext page.
Things other vendors charge extra for.
Multi-company
A real second set of books, not a filter. Consolidated reporting across a group is included.
Report builder
Build list, pivot and chart reports yourself and schedule them. No professional services engagement.
REST API and webhooks
Every major entity, with OpenAPI, API keys, OAuth2 scopes and signed outbound webhooks.
Data import
Guided importers from Perfex, RISE, Zoho, QuickBooks and Tally, with a dry run and a rollback.
Multi-currency
Transaction and base currency on every line, scheduled rate feeds, realised and unrealised FX.
Audit log
Every create, update, delete, login and export, with old and new values, append-only.
The six that decide it.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your installation goes read-only after a ten day grace period. Nothing is deleted, hidden or encrypted.
- You can log in, read every record and run every report
- You can download a full database backup and export every module to CSV or XLSX
- Creating, editing and deleting are blocked, in the interface and in the API
- Scheduled jobs pause, except backups and the licence check
Subscribe again and writing switches back on immediately, with nothing lost. We think holding a company's books hostage is indefensible, so exports and backups stay enabled permanently, lapsed or not.
What exactly counts as a company?
A company is one set of books: its own chart of accounts, its own fiscal year, its own tax configuration, its own document numbering and its own trial balance. If it files its own return, it is a company.
These are all free and unlimited inside one company: users, customers, suppliers, branches, departments, warehouses, cost centres, projects, extra tax registrations, invoices, products and storage.
Archive a company and it stops billing at the next cycle. It is not deleted and you can reopen it.
Are users really unlimited?
Yes. There is no seat count anywhere in the product, no per-user upgrade path and no fair-use clause waiting in the terms. Two people or two hundred, the price is the same $9 per company per month.
This is the whole reason the product prices per company. Charging per head punishes you for hiring, and it is why a forty person business ends up buying five logins and sharing them.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Thirty days from your first payment, for any reason or none, in full. Email us from the address on the account and it is processed within three working days.
The two exceptions are stated plainly on the refund policy page: we do not refund a renewal you forgot to cancel more than 30 days after it charged, and we do not refund licences that were terminated for breach.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Pay for twelve months up front and you pay for ten, so a single company is $90 a year instead of $108. The discount applies per company, so five companies annually is $450 rather than $540.
You can switch between monthly and annual at any renewal, and moving from monthly to annual mid-term prorates what you have already paid.
Which currency, and what about tax?
All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, VAT or GST is added at checkout where your jurisdiction requires it, calculated from your billing address, and shown before you confirm.
We sell through a merchant of record, which means the invoice you receive is a proper tax invoice for your country and you do not need to handle reverse charge yourself.
Will it actually work on my setup?
Do I need a VPS?
No. Gyro Suite is built to the shared hosting floor deliberately. A standard cPanel account with PHP 8.3 or newer, the ionCube Loader, MySQL 8 or MariaDB 10.6 and a one-minute cron runs the whole product. A VPS with Redis makes it faster, and the software detects that and uses it, but nothing requires it. Guidance on where shared hosting stops being enough is on the system requirements page.
How long does installation take?
About six minutes on a typical cPanel account, with no SSH and no command line. Upload the zip, extract it, create an empty database, open the wizard in your browser, paste your licence key, and add one cron line. The wizard checks your host before it writes anything and tells you which cPanel screen fixes anything that fails. The installation guide has every step with screenshots, and we sell a done-for-you install if you would rather not.
Can I try it before I pay?
Two ways. The live demo is the full product with sample data loaded and the credentials printed on the page, and it resets hourly so you cannot break it. Or start a 14-day trial: you get a real licence key, install it on your own server, and use the complete product with your own data. No card is required for either.
How do updates work?
One click from inside the application. The updater checks the release manifest, shows you the changelog, forces a backup before it proceeds, verifies the download against a checksum and a signature, runs the migrations in chunks that survive a shared host execution limit, and restores automatically if anything fails. There is a stable channel and a beta channel. Every release is listed on the changelog.
Can I get my data out?
Always, and without asking us. Full database backup as a standard MySQL dump, plus per-module CSV and XLSX export of every entity, plus every attachment. The schema is documented so you can query it directly. This works while your licence is active and while it is lapsed.
Do you offer support, and what does it cover?
Email support is included with every subscription and we reply to everything within one business day. It covers the software: bugs, defects, how-to questions, upgrade problems and licence issues. It does not cover your server, your email deliverability or custom development. Full scope and response times on the support page.
Fourteen days, on your own server.
A real licence key, the complete product, your own data. No card, and no phone call from a sales team afterwards.
Thirty day money-back guarantee on your first payment. Refund policy.
