Compare

Where we win, and where we do not.

Four honest comparisons. Each one has a section headed when to buy theirs instead, and each one means it. If you are choosing business software for the next five years, a vendor who cannot name a single case where a competitor is better is not a vendor worth trusting.

Costs are list prices published by each vendor in August 2026 for a ten person business running sales, projects, invoicing and books, in US dollars. Odoo Standard at $24.90 per user per month annually. Zoho One at $45 per employee per month annually. Your quote will differ, and we would rather you checked it than took our word.

Two things we are not going to claim

We are not the biggest. Odoo has more than eighty apps and thousands of implementation partners. ERPNext has a large open-source community and a real ecosystem. We have twelve modules and a small team. If breadth of ecosystem is your first criterion, be honest with yourself about that.

We are not open source. The code is ionCube-encoded, so you cannot read it or fork it. If reading the source is a requirement, ERPNext and Odoo Community are the right places to look, and we would rather say so than waste your evaluation time.

Or just try it.

Comparison tables are a proxy. Fourteen days with your own data is not.
