It runs on the hosting you already have.
Odoo needs a real server. ERPNext needs Docker, Redis and a systems administrator. Gyro Suite needs PHP, MySQL and a cron job. That is a deliberate engineering constraint, not a compromise: every long job is chunked to survive a thirty second execution limit, every queue runs off a one-minute cron, and nothing anywhere assumes a background process you cannot start.

The ledger is not a separate product.
In most small businesses the CRM does not know what the accounting system knows, so somebody retypes it once a month. Here there is one database. Send an invoice and the journal posts itself. Receive stock and the inventory account moves. Run payroll and the salary expense, the payable and the statutory liabilities all land in the same trial balance, in the same second.

Your data never reaches us
Every record lives in your MySQL database on your hosting. The licence check sends a domain, a key and two version numbers. It has no access to anything else, and there is no telemetry, no analytics beacon and no cloud sync.
Stop paying and nothing is deleted
A lapsed licence becomes read-only after a grace period. You keep reading, reporting, exporting and backing up. Resume the subscription and writing switches straight back on. Read the licence terms.
Moving servers takes two minutes
Deactivate in the app or in your client area, then activate on the new domain. You never need to remember the old one. One staging installation is included with every licence.
Our downtime is not your downtime
If our licence server is unreachable, your installation carries on for ten days without contacting us. There is an offline activation path for servers with no outbound internet at all.
Security is published, not promised
A dated public advisory log, a written disclosure policy, one-click updates and a hard rule against deserialising untrusted input. See the log.
If we ever stop trading
Our written commitment is on the about page: if Gyro Web Services ceases operations we publish a permanent unlock. Your data is in standard MySQL either way.

Will Gyro Suite run on my shared cPanel hosting?
Almost certainly yes. It needs PHP 8.3 or newer with the ionCube Loader, MySQL 8 or MariaDB 10.6, and a cron job that can run once a minute. No root access, no Docker, no VPS and no command line. If your host gives you Softaculous or a one-click PHP app installer, it will run Gyro Suite. There is a thirty second checker on the system requirements page that tells you for certain.
What happens to my installation if I stop paying?
It goes read-only after a grace period, and nothing is deleted. You can still log in, read every record, run every report, download a full database backup and export every module to CSV. Creating and editing is blocked until you subscribe again, at which point everything resumes exactly where it stopped. We will never hold your data hostage, and exports stay enabled even while the licence is lapsed. The full detail is on the licence page.
Is $9 really per company rather than per user?
Yes. One company, unlimited users, every module, forever. There is no seat count anywhere in the product and no fair-use asterisk. A second legal entity with its own books costs another $9 a month. Branches, departments, warehouses and tax registrations inside a company are free and unlimited. See multi-company for exactly where the line sits.
What does the licence check send to you?
Your domain, your licence key, the Gyro Suite version and your PHP version. Nothing else, ever. No customer records, no invoices, no ledger data, no employee information. If our licence server is unreachable your installation keeps working for ten days without contacting us at all, and there is an offline activation route for servers with no outbound internet access.
Can I move it to a different server or domain later?
Yes, and you do it yourself. Press Deactivate Licence in your installation, or in your client area if the old server is already gone, then activate on the new domain. You do not need to remember the old domain, only your key. Your licence also covers one staging or test installation at no extra cost.
