Every release, dated.
For infrastructure software, a visible release cadence is a trust device: it is the fastest way to tell whether a product is alive. Every release since launch is here with its date, its version and what actually changed. Security fixes are marked in red and are always free, on every version, whether your subscription is current or not.
Stock reconciliation and label printing
- Stock reconciliation from a counted quantity, posting the difference to a variance account with the count sheet attached
- Label printing for items, batches, serials and shelf locations, with thermal 50x25mm and 100x50mm templates plus A4 sheets
- Aged receivables and payables now accept configurable ageing buckets rather than fixed 30, 60 and 90 day columns
- Recurring invoices scheduled for the 29th, 30th or 31st now generate correctly in shorter months instead of skipping
- Multi-currency payment allocation no longer rounded the realised FX difference to the transaction currency before posting
- The Module Manager reported memory_limit from the CLI rather than the web SAPI on some LiteSpeed hosts
- Performance: stock balance rebuild is roughly 40 percent faster on datasets above 100,000 ledger rows
Payroll country packs and the report scheduler
- Payroll country packs for Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa, covering statutory contributions and income tax bands
- Scheduled report delivery: any saved report by email as PDF, XLSX or CSV, to recipients who do not need an account
- Approval delegation, so an approver can nominate a stand-in for a date range or automatically while on approved leave
- Bank statement import now accepts CAMT.053 alongside CSV, OFX and MT940
- Gantt drag-to-reschedule did not persist when a task had more than one dependency
- The customer portal showed archived projects to contacts with the projects permission
- CSV export of a report grouped by a custom select field exported the option key instead of its label
Offline point of sale and WhatsApp
- Point of sale offline mode: orders queue in the browser and sync to stock and the ledger when the connection returns
- WhatsApp Business messaging for invoices, payment reminders and ticket updates, using your own provider account
- Landed cost vouchers distributing freight, duty and insurance across a receipt by quantity, value or weight
- Period lock could be bypassed by editing the posting date on a draft document before submitting it
- Two pickers could oversell the last unit of an item; stock moves now take a row lock
- The Health page now warns when cron has not run for fifteen minutes rather than sixty
First patch release
- Installer failed on hosts where open_basedir excluded the system temporary directory
- ionCube 13.0 on PHP 8.4 rejected two files encoded against the 8.3 target; separate builds are now published per PHP major version
- Trial balance drill-down lost the company filter when opened in a new tab
- Invoice PDF letterhead ignored the per-company logo when the company was not the default
- Documentation: the installation guide gained the LiteSpeed and DirectAdmin variations
First public release
- Twelve modules: CRM, projects, helpdesk, invoicing, accounting, inventory, purchasing, manufacturing, HR and payroll, point of sale, online store and reporting
- Multi-company with separate chart of accounts, fiscal calendar, tax configuration and numbering per entity, plus group consolidation
- Double-entry ledger with immutable postings, period locks, multi-currency and cost centres
- Immutable stock ledger with FIFO, moving average and standard costing
- Web installer with environment pre-flight, and the Module Manager with per-module server requirement checks
- REST API with OpenAPI, signed webhooks, and guided importers for Perfex, RISE, Zoho, QuickBooks and Tally
How to stay current
Your installation checks for updates daily and shows a banner on the Health page when one is available. Security releases raise a red banner that cannot be dismissed until you update or explicitly acknowledge it.
Security fixes are free on every version, always. If your subscription has lapsed and a critical advisory is published, you can still apply that security release. We are not willing to leave a known-vulnerable installation in the field over a billing question.
