CRM that does not charge by the seat.
Most CRMs price per user, so you end up buying five logins for a team of twelve and sharing passwords. Self-hosted CRM in Gyro Suite has no seat count at all. Everyone who touches a customer gets their own account, their own permissions and their own audit trail, and the price does not move.

The parts you will use daily.
Kanban pipeline
Drag deals between stages you define. Each column shows its count and its value, so a glance tells you where the quarter is.
Web-to-lead forms
Build a form, embed it on any website with one script tag, and leads land in the pipeline with spam protection and an auto-notification.
Email capture
Point a mailbox at the lead pipe and enquiries become leads automatically, threaded, with the original message attached.
Quotes and proposals
Line items from your catalogue, optional lines the customer can toggle, and a public accept link that needs no login.
Assignment rules
Round robin, by territory, by product or by value. Nothing sits unowned, and unowned leads escalate.
Lead scoring
Score by source, engagement, deal size or any custom field, so the follow-up list sorts itself.

One customer record, seven modules.
The reason a CRM inside a business suite beats a better standalone CRM is that the customer record is the same row. Open a company and you see the pipeline, the quotes, the invoices, the payments, the open tickets, the projects, the contracts and the files, on one page, with no integration to configure and nothing to sync.
- Contacts with individual portal logins and per-contact permissions
- Multiple addresses, currencies, price lists, payment terms and tax rules per customer
- Credit limit with an on-hold flag that blocks new orders automatically
- A full activity timeline: calls, emails, meetings, notes, files and status changes
About this module.
Can a salesperson see only their own leads?
Yes. Permissions are per module and per action, and each one is scoped to own, team or all. A salesperson set to own sees only records where they are the owner, in lists, in search, in reports and through the API. Managers set to team see their team's records. There is also a record-level rule engine for anything more specific.
Does it do email marketing as well?
Yes, in the marketing module: mailing lists, dynamic segments, campaigns with open and click tracking, unsubscribe handling and drip automation. It shares the same contact records, so an unsubscribe is honoured everywhere in the system automatically.
Can customers accept a quote without an account?
Yes. Every quotation and proposal has a public link with an accept and decline button and an optional signature. If they accept, the document converts to an invoice or a sales order and the owner is notified. No login, no password, no portal account needed.
What happens to a lead when it converts?
It becomes a customer record and keeps everything: notes, files, emails, activities and the full timeline. Nothing is archived away, and the original lead source stays attached so your conversion reporting keeps working.
What this module talks to.
Nothing here is a separate product with an integration between it and the rest. These four share the same records.
Projects and time
Milestones, tasks, Gantt and the timers that become invoice lines.
OpenHelpdesk
Piped email, SLA clocks and tickets attached to the customer.
OpenInvoicing
Multi-currency billing that posts its own journal entry.
OpenAccounting
The double-entry ledger every other module writes into.
